Title: Language Education Model in China and Malaysia
Abstract: ESL&EMI; teaching and learning shares unique characteristics in China and Malaysia. First language education model is compared between China and Malaysia from elementary education to higher education. Next Online language learning model is given in different education context which is based on language learning development in China and Malaysia. Then language teacher education is highlighted in Chinese situation. At last prospect on language education is analyzed and predicted.

Biography: Dr. Shuo Zhao is professor/PhD Superviser in Communication University of China (CUC) and guest professor/PhD Superviser in University of Malaya(UM) and Krirk University of Thailand. He received his two Ph.D in Shanghai International Studies University and Northwestern Polytechnical University. He did his Postdoctoral Research both in Fudan University, Shanghai of China and Universitat of Barcelona, Barcelona of Spain. He is majored in comparative education and applied linguistic. Professor Shuo Zhao ever presides over National Social Science Fund in China, China Postdoctoral Science Fund, Humanities and Social Science Fund of Chinese Ministry of Education, National Education Science Program, Social Science Fund of Shaanxi Province and Research Project on Major Theoretical and Practical Problems in Shaanxi Province, etc. He publishes 100 papers and articles approximately. He is awarded as International Humanity Scholar by American Common Ground Publishing and CEU of Spain in 2014. In addition he is awarded as Emerging Humanity Scholar by American Common Ground Publishing and Imperial College London in 2017. Recently he is awarded as Emerging Scholar by University of Pennsylvania in 2018.


Prof. Maciej Dzikuć

Biography: Prof. Maciej Dzikuć finished his Master degree at Management of the environment and the public economy, Faculty of Economics and Management; He got his DSc degree at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, Poland; He has been the associate professor at University of Zielona Gora in 2003-10. His research interests cover Sustainable Development, Economics, Energy Efficiency, Renewable Energy, Energy Policy, Environmental Economics. Dr. Durgesh Samadhiya

Biography: Dr Durgesh Samadhiya is a scientist at the Emerging Device Division department of National Applied Research Laboratories, Hsinchu Taiwan, working on the IoT tag for all the products around the world that can give you the information about the product and location of the product. Previously he was a Research Fellow at Chung Hua University, Taiwan. He holds a PhD degree in Method Engineering of Software Engineering from Taiwan, Master Degree in computer Science from College of Engineering Roorkee, India and Bachlor degree in Mathematics, Physics from Agra university, Agra. He has published good number of research papers in International Journal and Conference proceeding indexed in Science Citation Index, Ei compendex, Google Scholar, database and logic programming (DBLP), Web of Science. He published the paper on Capability Maturity Model and Testing Maturity Model, Quality Models, Innovative Solution to Software Project Problems using TRIZ, semantic web, XML Interoperability, Mobile Sensors, BrainWave Entrainment, cuff-less blood pressure sensors, Single Inductor Multi-Output (SIMO) DC-DC Converter, Flexible Capacitive Touch Panel, Meta Software Engineering, D2D Communication and many more. His Research interest is Software Engineering, Software Testing, Electronic Engineering and IC designing. He is serving for many International Journals. Speech Title: IoT Development: Challenges and Opportunities
Abstract: According to India Internet of Things (IoT) Market Forecast & Opportunities, 2020, IoT market in India is projected to grow at a CAGR over 28% during 2015 - 2020. IoT is being rapidly brought into use across diverse industry verticals to reduce operational and manpower costs, and increase operational efficiency. Consumer electronics, automotive & transportation, BFSI (Banking, Financial Services and Insurance), home & building, energy & utilities, retail, supply chain & logistic sectors, and manufacturing are the key emerging application areas where IoT technology is majorly being adopted. However, Indias IoT market is highly fragmented with numerous players operating across the value chain. With growing need for connectivity among devices, systems and services using variety of protocols and domains; automating business processes; and real-time monitoring & tracking of services and systems, Internet of Things (IoT) technology has been gaining increasing market traction over the last few years. In the IoT concept, a Thing can be any natural or man-made object that can be assigned an IP address and provided an ability to transfer data over a network.
Biography: Dr.S.Balakrishnan is a Professor and Head, Department of Computer Science and Business System at Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India. He has 19 years of experience in teaching, research and administration. He has published over 20 books, 8 Book Chapters, 29 Technical articles in CSI Communications Magazine, 27 technical Blogs, 1 article in Electronics for You (EFY) magazine, 8 articles in Open Source for You Magazine and over 100+ publications in highly cited Journals and Conferences.
Some of his professional awards include: International Data Science Writer of the Year 2021, by Data Science Foundation, UK, Yuva Mentor as a Changemaker Award, Faculty with Maximum Publishing in CSI Communications 2017-2019, International Data Science Writer of the Year 2019, by Data Science Foundation, UK, with cash prize €900, MTC Global Outstanding Researcher Award, Inspiring Authors of India, Deloitte Innovation Award Deloitte for Smart India Hackathon 2018, Patent Published Award, and Impactful Author of the Year 2017-18. He acted as a Mentor and Jury member in ASEAN-India Hackathon 2021, Evaluator for Toycathon 2021 and Manthan Hackathon 2021. His research interests are Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing and IoT.
He has delivered 50 guest lectures/seminars in National & International levels and chaired 38 sessions for various National and International Conferences. He is serving as a Reviewer and Editorial Board Member of many reputed Journals and acted as Technical Program Committee member of National conferences and International Conferences at Vietnam, China, America and Bangkok.
And he has acted as Mentor in Smart India Hackathon (SIH) 2020 Title Winner, with 1 Lakh Cash Prize. He has published 5 Granted Australian Patents, 33 Indian Patents on IoT Applications, 3 Design Patent Grant and 2 granted Copyright. Dr. Balakrishnan has been appreciated under India Book of Records 2021 for filing 18 patents over a period of 15 months. He is acting as an IEEE Brand Ambassador, T4 Ambassador and Bentham Science Publisher Brand Ambassador.
